Microsoft 365 Business Premium - a must for small companies

Although the platform is not perfect, it offers a consistent and stable ecosystem for work and collaboration enabling our staff to focus on the projects at hand rather than wasting time and resources emailing documents back and forth. As the administrator of the Microsoft 365 Business Premium instance, I wish that the email administration platform were less convoluted and more streamlined but overall it is powerful. Having a consistent and stable platform saves me a lot of time and enables me to focus on real issues. I believe that Microsoft 365 Business Premium is truly a must-have especially for small companies lacking the resources to administer and manage the same tools on premises.

For small companies lacking the budget for an on-premise Exchange server and servers hosting SharePoint libraries, as well as the staff to administer them, Microsoft 365 Business Premium offers a useful platform freeing staff and saving resources. Also, the ability to share documents and to collaborate in near real-time on the same documents is a time saver and enables our staff to work remotely in an effective manner. While Microsoft 365 Business Premium is a great platform, it is not without its pitfalls and limitations forcing companies to use third-party tools such as Barracuda for email security and backups. Such tools should be provided by Microsoft thereby easing configuration and deployment.
