Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Microsoft 365 is the go-to suite for office productivity-spreadsheet, word processing, PIM Outlook and presentations. It has improved significantly in terms of usage and settings across multiple devices and platforms. The subscription model has helped with keeping users on the same version and up to date. We also find it is very effective with One Drive.
