In this day and age, email and business communications are one in the same. Internal communication, external communication, meeting invites, meeting notes, all-employee announcements, file sharing, etc., all are handled through email. And people expect this email to be available on their computer and on their cell phones. And to handle all that business communication, we using Microsoft Exchange.

You need patience as there are a lot of different menus and lots of different functionality. You can't get frustrated quickly. And you need to be curious.

- Shared email boxes are useful when a number of people all need access to the same content.
- Email aliases are useful if you have multiple domains you own but want to keep email simple.
- Email-enabled security groups allow easy control for both security purposes, such as sharing documents, and also for email distribution groups.
- I think AI will only continue to increase. Copilot is already integrated.

- Email
- Calendars
- Accessing both of these on a computer, in a browser, or on a mobile device
- I find Contacts a little cumbersome. It's pretty manual. I wish it would prompt me with auto-filled out data based off an email signature.
Yes - It's really good. The main functionality is all there. You can quickly and easily send and receive emails. The same is true for your calendar. Reviewing existing meetings is simple. Replying to meeting requests is easy. I'd say creating a meeting request is a little more cumbersome in the mobile app as opposed to the desktop app. But that's probably just because there are a lot of useful features in the desktop app, like checking other people's schedules. But overall, it's very good.
