We use Microsoft Exchange as our main email server which is now hosted online - Office 365 Suite

Microsoft Exchange is an excellent email server with inbuilt spam filtering for junk emails. It also integrates easily with your calendar from different vendors. The main email client Outlook works well most of the time but only on Windows machines. It appears to be a half-backed software on macOS
