Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
We use Microsoft Office 365 across the whole organization. We communicate using Outlook and Skype. Excel and Word documents [are used] for sharing vast quantities of information. It solves the problems of communication and documentation. We use it extensively and it fulfills all our needs.
- Email - great email platform. Easy to see who is online or away
- Word - excellent resource for documentation
- Skype - skype is very buggy and hard to use sometimes. I find it crashing a lot.
- Lync - needs to be taken out back and shot. Somehow skype is a plus.
- HipChat and Google Drive
HipChat is a better IM platform than skype/Lync. Google Drive used to be better because of the cloud, but now Microsoft has that and I find it just as useful.
