Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is being used by our organization to have the user friendly capabilities of Microsoft Office products when not being able to physically be in the office to use the software. Being able to use software such as Word, Powerpoint and Outlook is easier to use from any computer with internet access. Likewise, being able to save files on the cloud makes it easier to access files and share them with other users.

  • Drives makes it easy to store and send files.
  • Microsoft Outlook email capabilities similar and easy to use online as if using it on a computer with the software installed.

Cons

  • Microsoft 365 Apps could be updated to help with user capabilities on tablets.
  • Easy accessibility.
  • User friendly and similar to installed Microsoft products; cuts down on overall budget time spent on projects.
  • Easy to store and send files when not at your office computer.
Microsoft Office products is the number one product that most businesses use on an everyday basis. Now that Microsoft Office 365 has gone cloud based, it can really compete with other products that have been using any cloud base or storage capabilities. Microsoft Office is very well developed and no product can compete with it, especially when Microsoft Office is being used amongst many organizations.
Microsoft Office 365 is well suited for businesses that rely on Microsoft Office products such as Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. 365 works as if you had Microsoft Office stored onto your computer, difference being that you can really use Microsoft Office 365 anywhere with computer and internet access. 365 really makes it easy to stay connected with any work items when not able to go into the office. Microsoft Office 365 could also work really well for any organizational entities such as schools, clubs and organizations.
