Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is being used as the primary provider for spreadsheet, data, and word processing. Their Azure and SharePoint services are also incorporated into our corporate data management scheme. The biggest issues addressed are security, scalability, and access. We use these services across the whole organization. The ability to use these services cross-platform has made Microsoft invaluable to our company.
  • Microsoft addresses security real-time, in a manner comparable software is found lacking.
  • Microsoft services are used cross-platform. This makes it particularly valuable;e to our company as some employees prefer Mac and Linux os.
  • Microsoft 365 Word has templates that make contracts and orders
  • I would like to see storage features from Microsoft's own servers, for their clients.
  • I would like to be able to have better mobile apps for 365.
  • They're is room for improvement in research and development.
  • Microsoft has been less expensive.
  • Microsoft has been more secure.
  • Microsoft is scalable to fit our needs.
We have used open office, Apache and other providers of similar services and found them to be lacking in cost effectiveness, usability, scalability, and security
Microsoft 365 has the ability to save a document and access it again from another device or platform readily. For example, if one of our employees starts a contract at work on their desktop and decide they would like to work on a document at home on a laptop or mobile device the capability exists.

Microsoft Office 365 Support

The service techs are knowledgeable, expedient, and courteous. Microsoft's support team goes the extra mile to not only resolve any obvious issues, but they try to identify any underlying issues that could repeat the problem or cause further service interruptions later.

Yes - I pay for premium support to ensure I get resolution immediately. It seems to be that when you pay for premium support your issues are addressed quicker than free support.
There was an incident when one of our employees wiped out her files for the entire year. With the help of Microsoft, we were able to recover those files fast.
