Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
We use it across the whole organisation for easy communication via integrated company email addresses.
- Clean UI interface (easy to customise the look and feel and user specific settings)
- Working in browser out of the box (no need to install separate mailing app, but you can)
- You can set up rules based on specific email, so the system automatically will organise your emails into folders or send auto-replies
- Would be great to be able to define custom layout, like use column or tab layouts to see just the required panels
- Would be great to be able to set solid theme colours, not just the fixed number of predefined ones
- Cost savings or licensing questions
- Consistent Microsoft stack, so it was straightforward to do the change
- Migration emails from another system is also a step which you need to deal with
- Gmail
Was a company wide decision, but both of the products are well designed for thier purpose. I quite like the integrated calendar of Office 365 however I used Gmail at most of my previous workplaces.
