Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
We made the switch to Office 365 subscription about 2 years ago. This offloaded resources from our server that are better suited to manage our business instead of the mail resources. At better cost effectiveness on the subscription model it also frees up budget for other IT projects. The Office 365 allows us to have e-mail even if we are cut off from our local internet. Via our phones thus enabling us to continue to do business if we happen to be offline.
- Offline server uptime is impeccable.
- We have the ability to add or subtract or upgrade lic. as we need.
- User management is a breeze.
- Management console could be more intuitive for non IT personnel .
- As a subscription model and the ability to add to or take away from the subscriptions as needed and the ability to upgrade if needed makes the ROI short term.
Much more powerful, and definitely easier to use.
