I give this rating because Microsoft Power BI completely changed the way we prepare and present our reports and presentations. Nowadays, interactive dashboards replaced plain spreadsheets, covering much more information in an easy and convenient way. Projects can be shared under Microsoft's data protection features (similar to OneDrive) or even be posted publicly.

Support Rating

Microsoft support wasn't a crucial part during the set up of Power BI along with our Finance and Administration Team, mainly because the installation was simple and training was provided externally.

Microsoft Power BI is extremely well suited to present and analyze data. The Decision-making process not only benefits from Power BI's reports and dashboards but also from the possibility to interact with the presented data and mold it accordingly to the need of every user. This solution definitely makes reporting easier, cleaner, and way more fruitful.
