Here at[...], we use Microsoft Power BI to address our anlytical visualization needs in regard to our People and Finance teams and we use it as our data orchestrator as well

We user the powerquery to make requests to fetch data directly from our Tools' APIs so that we can centralize it and we make our visualizations upon that

Microsoft Power BI is by far the best product for data visualizations. It has a built in ETL tool so that you can make the whole ETL proccess within the same software. If you need to ingest data to a model and make a visualization from it, this is totally the product.
