Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI

I use Microsoft Power BI multiple times a week to monitor customer printing activities and integrate this data into account review reports.

  • I can't think of any
  • Retaining customers, as we provide them with information every three months, thereby keeping a connection with them. By regularly sharing detailed, customised insights through Microsoft Power BI, we not only demonstrate value but also reinforce our commitment to transparency and data-driven decision-making. This ongoing engagement helps to build stronger relationships, foster trust, and ultimately improve customer retention.
I’d rate Microsoft Power BI a 10 for overall usability. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even for those with limited technical experience.
