Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
It's being used across the organization. It helps connect the gap between virtual meetings and Outlook. It works well and helps to keep us all using the same communication tool.
- Instant messaging
- File sharing
- Video calls
- The functionality of letting people in from the "lobby" could be removed
- Positive in that we don't have to keep adding other random tools
- Zoom and Cisco Webex Calling
Microsoft Teams is much better than WebEx for connectivity and slightly better than Zoom.
