Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams has been used throughout our organization for about a year, in different countries and in many levels of departments and levels of seniority.
  • Easy ways to create groups and share info.
  • Makes file sharing easy.
  • Good personalization.
  • Sometimes is hard to do a simple "copy - paste".
  • Not easy to search old conversation details.
  • Internal communication is quicker and easier.
The company chose it but I must say I prefer Teams overall. Skype is limited for many things especially in a big company organization, and Slack is too complicated to use.
Talkdesk, Salesforce DMP (formerly Krux)
Microsoft Teams is almost completely perfect but needs improvement in some areas. It is really good for internal communications, both one on one, and in a group. Still, some features could be improved to make the experience smoother.
