Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams' user interface is simple and very easy to understand and can be used by anyone. It has a very good feature to organize team meetings, share your documents, take short training and record them as well so that the entire group can have access to it. The call quality is good even with the decent internet speed. You can schedule the meeting for your team by blocking their calendar in advance. You can create different channels for your projects.
- Record the meeting for future reference
- You can create different group and channel as per your project
- You can view others calendar to schedule the meeting for an individual or a group
- Some features while uploading the documents are a bit different in the mobile version compared to the windows version.
- It would be better if we could download the recording for offline use.
- You should be able to tag the message while replying to a particular message.
- Access rights should be restricted for downloading the documents when sent in a group chat or channel.
- Daily Team meeting/Briefing
- For short chats that need quick responses
- To give daily updates to a group of people
- Scheduling the meetings
- Recording the trainings
- For an organization, it is best use for Work from Home
- It saved our job during the pandemic
- It has a good feature for praising your team for their good efforts.
The call quality, user interface, team coordination, recording your meet/training, praising your teammate for their good work are some of the best features which make Microsoft Teams stand first for us at the corporate level. It is very convenient for checking others' calendars while scheduling a meeting unlike other applications in the market.
