Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is being used across the whole organization. One-quarter of our workforce works from home at any given time and Microsoft Teams is a great way to get ahold of someone. We use Microsoft Teams in a couple of ways. 1. We use the instant messenger functionality. 2. You can call someone direct via Microsoft Teams. 3. We use it for web conferencing. 4. You can also invite someone to a special group where you can share files.
- It lets you know if someone is free, busy or away from their desk
- Does a great job at establishing a means of communication with coworker
- Can also attach files to a chat.
- I wish it [could be] integrated with Outlook. Instead of having to open two separate programs
- Wish there was a popup for a missed call. Instead of just an icon on the activity tab
- Wish it was easier to add a third participant to an existing call.
- To have everyone connected regardless of location
- Easy and intuitive web conference features
- Centralized location of communication for all employees
- Just helps us be more productive when you can talk to coworkers faster.
- [Microsoft Teams] can store files and people can edit files at any time which is more efficient.
Skype was fine and had a lot of functionality of Teams. The thing that really converted me to [Microsoft Teams] was the ability to make sub-teams. There are a few groups I'm on at work and each group has its own subfolder within Teams. Within each group are shared files that are accessible and can be edited by any group member.
