Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft teams to stay in contact with external clients. The client [sends] us a link, we paste that link in Google Calendar, and that way we're able to access the meeting from our main time management program. We've always had a pleasant experience through the web browser application as we do not have to install anything.
  • Stable connection
  • Easy to use
  • No installation
  • Accessible
  • Well known
  • Audio & Video input management.
  • Audio & Video output management.
  • Refresh the UI, make it more modern looking.
  • Better stakeholder contact.
  • Improving internal and external communication.
  • Increasing complexity due to the use of different communication software.
It does get new features from time to time, but mainly because they have been incredibly responsive during the pandemic. I can still remember that I used the software at [university] before the pandemic struck and we didn't notice many obstructions when we suddenly had to do everything through Microsoft Teams.

Do you think Microsoft Teams delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft Teams's feature set?

Yes

Did Microsoft Teams live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Microsoft Teams go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Microsoft Teams again?

Yes

With little technical knowledge, you will be able to use Microsoft Teams just fine. Without it, though I can understand it can be difficult to connect your audio and video input and make sure everyone can hear you, especially when you've got multiple devices hooked up to your machine. It will work great for most and that's what counts.
Within bigger organizations as well as smaller ones Microsoft Teams handles calls well. I do however recommend not all turn your camera on or start screen sharing when you're in a call with well over 50 participants, because then it may experience some connection issues. For normal use it is perfect, outside of those boundaries it does not have much more to offer.
