Use it for hosting meetings and working remotely, to share screens and presentations.

Pros and Cons

Sharing presentations.
Contacting colleagues and suppliers formally.
Informal discussion on chat and a record of conversation.

Better at sharing content e.g. video and audio often not the best quality.
Collaboration tools are not well integrated, functionality is limited and simple commands could be improved.
Make it easier to transfer or share ownership of a meeting to change the timing, etc.

Usability

User friendly and integrates lots of functionality into 1 place.

Well suited to keeping colleagues engaged and setting up meetings. Good for larger meetings. Fun to use with GIFs. Less good as a collaboration tool, e.g. whiteboard app still needs work to be easier to copy and paste or draw shapes like in PowerPoint.
