Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to exchange messages with colleagues, for meetings, to share screen and documentation. Also to address major/minor incidents quickly and easily. We use it for phone internal and external phone calls. We use it to create groups of discussions for projects in which we can share files related to the project.

We faced some bad audio and video quality in the past, it was difficult to prove to Microsoft that the issue is on their side and not on ours. At then the issue was indeed on Microsoft's side and they fixed it.

User friendly, easy to navigate.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited: meeting, calls, file sharing, group of discussion, work with internet directly, no need to be connected to the corporate network to have access. Less suited: Need an excellent internet connexion otherwise quality can have issues (audio and video).
