Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

I have been using Microsoft Teams for 6 years. It is a great tool for communication and collaboration in an organization. It provides everything needed for messaging, conferencing, and file sharing. It is the best tool for a virtual office, where we can suppress background noise while working from home. Microsoft Teams gives me a platform where I can work with other employees in my company on video conferencing and share files, chat in a group, and many other features.

Pros

  • Easy-to-use daily enterprise communication tool. It made me very productive while working from home.
  • Group communication software that brings together texts, voice, and video calls in the same place.
  • Screen sharing feature is very useful and remote control makes working with peers easy.

Cons

  • It requires a good internet connection to run fast
  • Sometimes it works slowly and you get logged out of your session
  • Searching the history chat is quite time consuming
  • Instant messaging to employees and in group
  • Video conferencing with team with while working from home
  • File sharing and access becomes easy from the cloud
Microsoft Teams is a great software for communication and collaboration. This has many features to make work effective in an organization. This platform really helped us keep things organized and get in touch with co-workers in a quick and timely manner. I would recommend Microsoft Teams to anyone in the future.

While working from home, Microsoft Teams has become a great platform for all meetings in a virtual office. We use video meetings on Teams and for the group discussions as well as file sharing and documentation. Its ability to integrate with other platforms like Zoom, Outlook, Slack, etc. makes it very effective and you can get all notifications from other platforms.
While working from home, Microsoft Teams makes communication at work very effective. It is a great collaboration tool. We can record sessions for the future as well. Its chat feature of emojis, GIFs, and reactions gives me ways of expressing and thinking.
