Microsoft Teams is our primary communication tool within the organization. It helps us a lot, especially during this pandemic, to communicate from home. We are able to chat, call, and have our team meetings with this tool. This also helps the management monitor their employees if they are working.

Even when working on the site or at home, Microsoft Teams would still be helpful in communicating within the organization. My job requires me to always stay in my workstation to answer calls from clients so when I need to communicate with another employee, I am able to without leaving my workstation.
