Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

In my Company, I will use the MS Teams for chats to collaborate with the team as well with my clients, to schedule meetings, to keep reminders which will helps me to recall/remind me without fail any tasks, Get help through ASKGSD chicklet, to track my activities through Activity, to keep my files, collaborate with cross teams along with R&D in group channels, in sometimes I will use poll app to collect anonymous votes/feedback to improve the team's strength

Pros

  • store/share files/documents across the teams/group channels

Cons

  • classroom chats, which are limit and hard to figure to see all the participants. Breakout Room Limitations
  • With more GIfs/Emojis
  • limited group channel capacity
  • too much slow or hung and unable to change the status of the MS Teams
  • negative is its limitation in group channels/chat windows.
  • Improve network and UI build which attracts All people

Since I am using this app past 4 years whereas my company using this from many years which we feel helping and user friendly than other apps. Trusted and secure what I feel

MS Teams is the Best to compare to Zoom in all aspects.For data security and the chats which we did over the Teams it will remain same even though you have left the meeting whereas in Zoom once logged out the chat will vanish
