Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Visio

Need to visually show clients their existing solutions and the solutions that we recommend for them. Helps to present technical setups so that the proposals are easier to understand. Mostly used to help sell technical solutions.

Pros

  • Integrates well with Office apps
  • Lots of variety for icons/symbols
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Have a Mac version
  • Stop auto-connecting lines when drawing
  • Too hard to select groups of icons. used to be easier with older versions
  • Helps us to sell tech solutions
  • Needs a Mac desktop version for those who prefer the Mac platform
  • Familiar tool so easy to quickly assist customers with their solution visualization
New versions have annoying auto-connecting tools that are getting in the way
Microsoft Visio is familiar, drawings look better, easier to integrate with office
