MindManager is used by individuals for planning and organizing information during meetings, in workshops and as standalone organizational assistance.

- Fast collection of info - allows quick grouping of info without having to scroll.
- Exports to MS Word - saves huge amounts of time by exporting to document for clean up.
- Can be shared with non-license holders - allows sharing with all participants without worrying about license issues.
- Options of map organization - would like to be able to lock in locations of items in the map, i.e. always show this item above that item.
- Standard formats for certain levels, i.e. make all first-level items of a certain font size.

- Clear communication - facilitated communication of ideas in a clear image.
- Time saver - spent more time generating ideas than figuring how how or where to write them.
- Efficient sharing - was able to send out the workshop noted immediately without having to reorganize and retype.
I recently had to generate a proposal for a large document package for a joint client engagement. Each client had their own structure requirements for the package. Mind Manager was able to help me show each of them exactly how the documents mapped into each of their own unique structure requirements.
Never used anything else!
