Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
I use MindManager to create visualisations of mind maps which are hard to describe to colleagues. This allows me to explain without the need for lots of paper which is beneficial when we are working from home as we can share these digitally instead of physically and it makes it easier to edit.

Cons
- Sometimes the auto assigned positioning isn't great and I have to move it manually.
- It has saved me time to develop logical flow diagrams which are normally difficult to edit if done by hand.

Creating a fault finding diagram to filter the user to the correct maintenance procedure so that the fault can be rectified in the fastest way possible. The visualisation is easy and quick.
They were very similar but the plugin options allowed us to use a third party software to benefit our line of work which was very specific.
