I use Mind Mapping for any project where serialized analysis doesn't work. Most of my projects have non-linear and multi-dependency requirements.

- Visualization: No better way to get info shared than graphically!
- Relationship Mapping: It's so simple to show how elements are inter-related.
- Prioritization: The tool makes assigning task ordering and priorities super-simple.
- Resource Allocation: Literally a right-click and resources are assigned.

- Eliminate the pop-up ads.

- Make sharing easier, via common cloud drives.
