Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for collaboration and as a drawing board for ideas. It is very helpful to draw different customer journeys and other ideas.
- I love how you can collaborate.
- The tools to draw journeys.
- All of the tools to make it interactive and how easy it is to share the boards with others.
- It's hard to navigate and see to enlarge.
- It's harder to learn in the beginning but once you get a hang of it, it's great!

It makes it so easy to share ideas with everyone. I love how I can build out my ideas but collaborate virtually. With all of the remote work, this is a perfect tool.
