Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We’ve been using Miro much more frequently since the pandemic began and even with the return to the office we’ve increased our usage. It allows us to visualize many aspects of our department products and make meetings much more effective. The integration with Microsoft Teams has also been a big plus to visualize concepts during calls.
  • A vast amount of features.
  • Easy to share with collaborators and teammates.
  • Works everywhere.
  • Depends on a stable connection.
  • Can get a little cluttered when managing several projects/boards.
  • Integrations can sometimes be a little finicky.
  • Meetings are much more effective.
  • Can involve everyone.
  • Limitless possibilities on boards and always updating with improvements.
Very easy to set up and add users. Great support site and a wealth of videos and templates. The amount of things you can do out of the box is amazing. I’ve seen an instance where it’s been used for onboarding, voting, and design sprints. If you have the patience to set it up you can have a ton of people working live on a board in real-time.
Works with just about anything. We use it with Teams and also Zoom at times with no issues. On social media, they roll out news of new integrations almost weekly. I’m sure Miro can plug in with perhaps just a bit of research if not out of the box regardless of your workflow.
We’re able to get everyone on the same page much more quickly and easier. Everyone can get involved and it’s very easy to learn. It’s been especially useful for clients on campus who are not visual thinkers. We can iterate on an idea during the meeting which expedites the project launch.

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro just has so many nice touches. It’s very well thought out and also works on tablets and phones very well. Very easy to share boards and is really easy to pick up. Cloud-based is a big help as I can use it on my iPad while shuttling around campus for meetings.
It’s so versatile just about any industry could find a scenario where Miro could benefit the business. It does so many things well. However, it’s built for collaboration so smaller offices might not feel the price is worth it but I think given enough time in the software it would be a good fit.
