Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used throughout our department as a learning and teaching tool. As a design school, we use the platform both as an intermediary teaching space and as an exhibition space for final work. We love the capability to sketch directly on uploaded work and real-time collaboration in this virtual time we live in.
  • Collaboration.
  • Large group meeting.
  • Image quality.
  • Integration with Excel.
  • When someone has a textbox selected for a long time, another user should be able to kick them off.
  • Adding people to boards vs teams is difficult.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Less back and forth communication.
  • Act as a referenceable source.
Sometimes people are added to a team, and then they make their own personal boards not knowing they added it to the team. Team vs board access is kind of confusing, especially when you are part of many different “teams” (like in school class settings) There should be a way for you to be in multiple teams.
Literally move everything we had originally on paper, onto Miro. Saves us the step of printing out documents, saving money and time. The setup time with many users takes a bit longer, but with frequent use, this also doesn’t take as long. The ability to share boards with a single link is very handy.
Miro has allowed students and educators from across the world to work together simultaneously on a single project together. It has become a large, infinite space for us to draw, sketch, brainstorm on new projects.

Miro is great for real-time collaboration with others, especially with its ability to sketch and draw. It seems that the optimal number of users lies somewhere under 20, as any more than that it can get hectic.
