Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used company-wide for internal collaboration and external Fortune 500 client-facing collaboration for project/product management. Used a digital whiteboard.
  • Allows multiple users w/out a license.
  • Suggested templates.
  • Multiple levels of customization.
  • Uses a lot of computing power
  • Difficult to run multiple boards
  • Not user friendly for handicap users.
  • Adds a layer of complexity to projects - adds time.
  • On-boarding new users are challenging.
It was not my responsibility to implement.
