Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Used company-wide for internal collaboration and external Fortune 500 client-facing collaboration for project/product management. Used a digital whiteboard.
- Allows multiple users w/out a license.
- Suggested templates.
- Multiple levels of customization.
- Uses a lot of computing power
- Difficult to run multiple boards
- Not user friendly for handicap users.
- Adds a layer of complexity to projects - adds time.
- On-boarding new users are challenging.
We use it internationally, so in that sense it's great. UX is looking dated, however.
