We use Miro for organized workflows, flow charts, and retrospectives to decide what to focus on and prioritize needs. Using colored notes gives you the "Post-It on a wall" mentality when we go into meetings which have been essential when working from home with teams. I don't even feel like I'm using it completely but look forward to using it more in my workflow.
This product is simple and easy to integrate into our workflow since we deal with so many retrospectives and ideation meetings. We need an efficient and easy way to create workflows to improve our processes and create new ones. The brainstorming experience is seamless and like no other product I've used.
Without question, it has made a huge impact to bring our teams together and feel like we are "in the room". The user experience is seamless and easy to find what you are looking for with good interactions and options. We use this tool to create workflows and update processes in an efficient way.

Yes

I prefer Miro for its functionality and user experience. It is friendly and less technical than competitors and vibes better with my team and what we work on. Miro takes the complexity out of joint meetings and just allows us to do without thinking about all the menus and submenus of other products.

Overall I'm incredibly satisfied with Miro's ability to collaborate and bring groups together. The app allows us to truly feel like we are in a room with a whiteboard and able to add ideas and discuss them in an online session. The color coding and navigation make it easy to work with and organize.
