Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is currently being used in the department. We are using it to collaborate on benefits mapping and it provides a visual representation of our benefits.
  • Adaptable.
  • Collaborative.
  • Visual.
  • Sometimes with drawn elements, it can be difficult to ensure consistency across the map.
Find it easy to incorporate with the other software we use and is intuitive for a new user like me.
Easy to collaborate in real-time or through shared access to the same map. This makes it easier to gain multiple people's ideas remotely.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I haven't looked at others but having used Miro I think it delivers all the features I need.
Good for collaborative benefits mapping, providing visuals to stakeholders. Less suitable for initial discussions as can take time to put down ideas.

Using Miro

I think it is really intuitive. I was a new user not familiar with this type of software and everything was accessible and where I would expect it to be.
