Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it on our team (of about 50 people) to conduct internal working sessions and to facilitate some client engagements. It helps us both collaborate as a team, and helps give us a more dynamic platform to conduct client workshops.
  • Flexible format.
  • Multiple people working at once.
  • Templates to accelerate progress.
  • I've had it not load our work a few times which is a big risk.
  • Copying and dragging things across can be clunky sometimes.
  • Continue improving standard templates, and create a repository for them to be shared.
  • Reduced workshop preparation time.
  • Improved productivity.
There was not much of an implementation. I have mostly been using the desktop version.
Have only been using the desktop version.
Has been a great solution during COVID where we haven't been able to hold our typical whiteboard sessions.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has more and better functionality than Trello but is less good at Kanban-like activities. Teams is more difficult to use as a whiteboard but is better as a one-stop-shop for functionality within the company (communication, meetings, kanban, file sharing, etc).
It has not passed all of the risk approvals for our company, so we are not able to use it for some workshops. It serves very well when we use it for internal sessions or external workshops where we are able to get risk approval.
