Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I currently use it in all projects I am managing. I have also been part of workshops using Miro in other parts of the organization although its use is not widespread or standard practice.

Pros

  • Easy to learn and start using.
  • Nice templates.
  • Lots of capabilities in the free version to get the feeling for it.

Cons

  • It feels a bit overcrowded sometimes with features.
  • Some assistance to create consistent sizing of text and figures across a board would be helpful.
  • Has made it significantly easier to work together remotely.
  • Has allowed for fewer documents and a more single creative space.
It is super easy to learn and start using. If the figures, tables, etc. could somehow be exported to Microsoft software that would be amazing.
Made it much easier and more fun. Can also be a good medium to break the ice and just mess around with new people.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I like to use it just to make notes for myself and organize my thoughts in an informal, free environment. I think it is great for workshops even if people have not used it before. One thing that is challenging is somehow 'exporting' figures made in Miro to a professional format without re-doing it in PowerPoint or Excel or something.
