Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is very essential for the distribution of information in our unit. Since marketing has a quick-change environment, we always need to be prepared to update, share and get all information at the desired time and place. Thanks to Miro, we can seamlessly control our agile projects and follow up our tasks to be done properly.
  • Use in ease of boards, retrospectives, mind maps.
  • Seamless following-up of tasks.
  • Excellent UX/UI design.
  • Limited font change options.
  • Gets harder to use when used with other team members at the same time.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved efficiency.
  • Reduced the paperwork.
It is very rapid, there is no installment, no waiting time before the use. The only thing which is important at the very beginning is to define the users and how large or small groups of people will be involved. There are a few packages offered to customers which can be upgraded in course of time. By all means, if there is any need arises in the long run, subscriptions can be upgraded.
It has a smooth process for signing up and starting to use it. It needs no additional software or patches besides the setup. When the capacity is confirmed and the package is selected, you can directly use the program via the Internet or desktop application. It also has JIRA and Excel integrations which support attaching or exporting all related information to other platforms that are mostly used by organizations.
We are always using the Kanban board to have the right knowledge of what is going on at the moment and who is eligible to work on a particular job. To pick the right job and assign it to the right person is the most significant goal using Miro for our team. Also, Miro has many templates which help us to manage online meetings effectively where we work on design frameworks, journey/story maps, and brainwriting. Since the template is open and all colleagues have access, we can easily implement our ideas and develop our projects on canvas.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

If you are working in an agile or a hybrid project management environment, Miro is an effective tool to ease incremental, waterfall, or iterative project/product lifecycles which involves dynamic requirements that change by time and the speed of delivery means a lot. However, it may not quite fit for the predictive or traditional project management understanding where the requirements are fixed and cost management is the main objective.
