Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by multiple departments, primarily as a brainstorming and whiteboarding tool.

Pros

  • Sticky notes.
  • Collaboration.
  • Flexible layout.

Cons

  • Text formatting.
  • Improved virtual collaboration.
It was easy to figure out how to use it on my own.
It has given us the capability to brainstorm together and map things out like we would if we were sitting together in a room in front of a whiteboard wall, except it doesn't get erased at the end!

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Miro is well suited for virtual collaboration. It would be less suited for an in-person meeting.
