Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is used for workshops in sales and marketing. It has been used to replace whiteboards and post-it notes.

- User-friendly
- Intuitive
- Gives a good overview.
Cons
- Background images are too easy to move around.
- Cut costs for printouts and paper.
It has made it much easier to collaborate with people in other countries or just working from home.
