Miro is a Hero

Miro has been a tremendous tool during the pandemic situation to help collaborate and engage with multi-level stakeholders on various discussion topics. Sometimes, it is the only platform that helped enable collaborative discussions, and most of the time, it increased peoples' productivity. Sometimes, I wondered whether this level of collaboration may not have occurred even during normal circumstances due to various cultural issues and the Miro tool helped to ensure that everyone was in an equal state to engage. Used Miro with members across the organization, across countries, and the region with ease. Availability of the templates to guide the discussions is also something commendable that helped guide our structured discussions. The moment I came to know about the tool, I have started sharing and promoting the product on LinkedIn as I found this could be a game-changer and I realised many people in the sector might be looking for one, as the pandemic presents these unique challenges and also presents some unique opportunities.

The space allows people to engage effectively with evidence of their engagement. Sometimes, these facilities encourage people to engage as there will be evidence presented. Many senior officials can help find time to engage and plot their feedback through the space. As this is an online platform, we could easily choose people to provide feedback, even beyond countries and regions, as in some instances we were able to reach more quality input from many people than compared to usual circumstances.
