Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for workflow and conceptual model creation, often in the process of building technical designs for the software.

Pros

  • Ease of Use.
  • Aesthetically Pleasing.
  • Robust Application.

Cons

  • It's hard for me to see the full capability of functions easily and implement/find templates that would assist me the most in my task.
  • It's hard for me to say as a whole but I think [Miro] has assisted the tech organization and management in more easily visualizing and mapping out end-state architectures and paths to reach them.
I have seen effective use of the application, though it is not as widespread as I would have necessarily expected.
It has certainly made it easier to view collaboration and easily allow everyone to view the designs asynchronously.

Miro is well suited for tech design and conceptual model creation. In my opinion, it's less useful for storing mass amounts of information or very straightforward concepts.
