Making your workshops and projects more efficient and engaging
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is being used across the whole organization. Most of the departments use it for organizing workshops or for project management. Most of the workshops or projects are aimed at increasing the performance of employees or making our customers feel better. Since there are a lot of departments focused on the same problem with different perspectives, it is vital to engage them all at once. And that's the way Miro helps because it enables everyone to interact at the same time via the boards and not a single opinion is left behind.
Pros
- Simplifies engagement of a workgroup.
- Apart from other boards, it gives you a lot of well-made templates that will save you time.
- Has a community that shares their ideas and inspirational boards.
Cons
- In my opinion, adding PowerPoint files is not that easy - the fonts, size of texts/pictures are different and at some times make the slides unreadable.
- Enabling more boards in lower packages (we currently have a limit of 2 boards).
- It helps us be more effective - we don't lose key insights and if used properly, it increases the efficiency of communication because you can check the status of tasks on boards.
- It makes projects more comprehensive if you put everything regarding the project on one board (with a certain structure of course).
It helped make collaboration easier and more efficient.

Microsoft Whiteboard offers far fewer features than Miro. It's only (and very marginal) advantage is that you can share it directly (and not through screen/web sharing) on a Microsoft Teams call.
