Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has become our go-to collaboration tool to engage both our direct colleagues and stakeholder network. We’ve recently extended its use to support User Research and due to its super easy user experience, even non-technology-focused users can collaborate and contribute without detracting from the content and conversation.
- Remote team collaboration.
- Lean artifact creation.
- Rapid ideation communication.
- Folder structure - once you have 20+ projects, navigation can be difficult.
- Teams/video integration to stop manually juggling 2 systems.
- Lock components for others but do they stay editable for the “host”?
- Manually turn off “bring to me.”
- Mitigated risk of delay when working remotely.
- Higher efficiency of remote design research.
- Increased creative output from non-creative or quieter stakeholders.
