Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Across the whole organization to help with collaboration.
- Easy sign-in so people can use.
- Attractive interface.
- Various templates.
- In my experience it's difficult to find Miro pages across various groups - you should allow a user common page (like Mural does) where a user can see all their pages vs. requiring them to go to each of their groups/teams and search manually.
- How to manipulate shapes, draw arrows, etc. really is not intuitive [in my opinion]. I have wasted so much time trying to do something simple like shrink a text box, or draw a straight arrow. Make it easy and intuitive.
- Improve the user interface so it's intelligent. I.e. if I add a sticky note and all the other sticky notes have a 10 pt font, don't start out with a 50 pt font.
- Improve collaboration.
- See a common page during meetings.
It has helped with collaboration. But like I said, I prefer Mural.
