Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used in organizing research and development during the design process. Miro allows for real-time collaboration and brainstorming which has been highly effective when brainstorming as a team. Everybody on the team has access to Miro whenever they need it to review our work and it has become a great reference to be used later in the design process.

  • The interface can be awkward.
  • Integrate more keyboard shortcuts.
  • Needs more customization options.
The interface can be awkward and clunky to use. It could feel smoother. More keyboard shortcuts would be appreciated.

Teamwork, brainstorming and ideation, first stages of research and development are all examples of scenarios where Miro is well suited. Miro is less appropriate for independent work, there are other more effective software programs available that would do the same thing.
