All Marketing or UX Teams Need Miro!

Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to create user flows. It comes in handy mapping out the process the user will take from beginning to end and drawing out the process before getting started on the prototype design. I currently use it for our Marketing department projects and I don’t know any software that compares!
Pros
- User-friendly.
- Fast speed (never have any loading issues).
- Has a lot of organizational templates to choose from.
Cons
- I’m not sure if there’s a chat feature for support.
- Increased productivity.
- Increased collaboration with the team.
I’ve been able to share my board with my boss to review projects. He’s in Texas and I’m in Maryland. It makes collaborating easy!

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Mural has similar features, but I find their user experience to be inferior to Miro.
