We use Miro for multiple purposes - mainly for conducting virtual design thinking workshops, co-creating solutions with diverse teams, etc.

Pros

Virtual team collaboration.
Ideation.
Solution representation.

Cons

Navigation when the board is large.
Voting screens can be more user-friendly.

Return on Investment

Go Green and Reduce Travels.
Quicker ways to get started with design thinking workshops - reducing costs and improving agility.
Ability to innovate as a team and get the best out of everybody in a visual manner.
Testing of ideas and collecting feedback is easy, especially the voting feature.

Implementation Rating

Team members need some time to learn and get used to Miro. There is definitely a learning curve.

Ease of Integration

I have not tried this that much so can't comment.

Collaboration

Miro has helped collaboration and co-creation so easily and effectively. More team members are becoming comfortable using Miro for co-creation exercises.
