Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for multiple purposes - mainly for conducting virtual design thinking workshops, co-creating solutions with diverse teams, etc.

Pros

  • Virtual team collaboration.
  • Ideation.
  • Solution representation.

Cons

  • Navigation when the board is large.
  • Voting screens can be more user-friendly.
  • Go Green and Reduce Travels.
  • Quicker ways to get started with design thinking workshops - reducing costs and improving agility.
  • Ability to innovate as a team and get the best out of everybody in a visual manner.
  • Testing of ideas and collecting feedback is easy, especially the voting feature.
Team members need some time to learn and get used to Miro. There is definitely a learning curve.
I have not tried this that much so can't comment.
Miro has helped collaboration and co-creation so easily and effectively. More team members are becoming comfortable using Miro for co-creation exercises.
