Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro within several departments for customer journey mapping, digital transformation, data and analytics, and so on. It helps us map out everything we want with easy-to-use predefined models or just build it ourselves. You can collaborate with several people at the same time or easily share access afterward. It's become a valuable tool because of its flexibility and ease of use.

Miro is great for roadmaps, projects, deliverables, meetings notes, process workflows, resource planning, etc... It has all the elements you could need and allows for easy connection between the components. Its zoom-in and zoom-out feature is very handy to get a quick overview of where you are at with the planning/mapping of ideas.
