Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Cross-functional collaboration for brainstorming customer experience and user journeys.
Pros
- Creates a frame and structure that can keep brainstorming chaos readable and navigation friendly.
Cons
- When collaborating with multiple teams and people, the content on the board can be adjusted by anyone, so people who aren't as familiar with the features and interface can inadvertently mess up the layout.
- A simple way to share ideas across teams.
The team is mainly remote, so it's a good resource to use as a drawing space to collaborate.
