Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used as a tool to effectively collaborate internally with our coworkers and externally with our clients. It is essentially a digital pin-up space that replaced conventional in-person meetings. This tool allows all collaborators an opportunity to have a voice in the conversation, even if speaking isn't a capability based on their location.

Pros

  • Allows everyone to have a voice in the conversation!
  • Everything you want in a digital collaborative platform!
  • Great way to collaborate with clients when in-person meetings aren't an option!

Cons

  • Navigation across the platform could be simpler.
  • The movement of others can be distracting.
  • Improved communication.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved structure.
Very satisfied with the implementation.
Miro did a wonderful job allowing for a multitude of implementations across varying spectrums. The only issue would be the learning curve amongst different demographics of people who may not use technology like this on a regular basis.
It has made it easier to collaborate with both remote employees and distant clients.

Miro is highly suited for internal collaboration among coworkers as well as external client collaboration. As designers, we require a platform where we can collaborate visually as well as verbally. We were able to replicate real "pin-up space" as an online activity that can be downloaded for archiving purposes using the Miro platform.
