Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Since the pandemic and having been mandated to work from home, Miro has been Atlassian's collaborative whiteboard platform.

Pros

  • Agile work management and document collaboration.
  • Templates to drive workflow (Kanban and scrum board templates, retrospective, product roadmap, etc.).
  • Collab.
  • Agile.
Real-time collab and agile documentation is the biggest impact.

Users can easily take notes from within a Miro board by opening up the Notes panel on the right (side by side view). You have full context without requiring to switch back and forth. The Notes section supports multi-user collaborative editing. If a teammate has made content changes to Notes, and if you don’t have the Notes panel open (to see content changes in real-time), there is a little “dot” on the Notes icon to indicate that your Notes content has changed.
