Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Actually for collaborating in meetings and giving presentations a nicer look and interaction between the collaborators.

Pros

  • Give a good overview about information.
  • Control users / guests.
  • Unlimited guest-links.

Cons

  • Hard lock of boards with one click, so the user is only able to move around instead of moving items unintentionally.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved possibilities to collaborate with others, in comparison to MS whiteboard.
Overall good.
The manuals were easy and understandable.
Overall, Miro was very well received by the employees. In addition, there is a steady increase in the number of people who want to use Miro.

If there are tons of information or idea-finding, it is well suited. For "lower" projects, it is a bit disproportionate. Maybe too many functions for the first view.
